Experienced Senior Customer Service Representative:


CUSTOMER SERVICE/ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION


We urgently require an experienced Account Manager to join our customer service team.  Label print experience would be our preference, but not essential, in which case interested candidates must have at least 2-3 years Customer Service experience mainly dealing in account management.  They must be able to work on own initiative, be of a technical mind, have a courteous telephone manner, work well under pressure and work well within a team environment.



Job Specification:


Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.

Managing a number of Key Customers within our large Irish & UK Customer Database.

Arranging customer estimates promptly. 

Planning jobs for production and making sure all the relevant tooling is available.

Purchasing of raw materials for jobs prior to a production runs.

Processing of orders on a Pecas system.

Competence in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access

Tracking orders and monitoring through to despatch.

Dealing with all customer queries in a professional manner.

Excellent communication skills

Working closely with our Sales Representatives within Ireland & UK.

Visiting Key customers for strategic planning meetings, etc


Position type: Full Time


Working Hours: 8.30 – 5.00 Monday – Friday. Extra hours may be required from time to time.


Salary:  Negotiable
